In order to be eligible for a return or refund, the products must be in their original, unopened packaging as provided by the manufacturer. We regret to inform that we cannot accept any opened packages, and there are no exceptions to this policy. If a product is returned to us in an opened state, the possibility of a refund will not be considered. To ensure the safety of our customers, DME Supply INC affixes labels on certain items that are not in sealed packages by the manufacturer. These labels must remain intact for returned items to be eligible for a refund. If the label has been removed or tampered with, the possibility of a refund will be void. The item should be returned within a 30-day period following the date of purchase.
At DME Supply INC , we offer various personal healthcare products that cannot be resold once they leave our warehouse. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these types of products. DME Supply INC has implemented a restocking fee of 16% to account for expenses related to shipping, packaging, and inventory management. Please note that this fee will be applied to all returns without any exceptions.
